Terms of delivery

The warranty support is available to all users without any additional fee during the first year of operation of the software. Starting from the second year of operation, the technical support is provided for a fee.

Description of services

The technical support includes service maintenance, installation of updates and modification of the software.

Service maintenance includes:

  • Information support – a regular announcement of ONEPLAN updates, technical advice, description of successful technological solutions, additions to documentation and implemented methods. Information support is provided during the working day.
  • Routine maintenance – monitoring of the functioning of ONEPLAN software, registration, and processing of user requests, elimination of errors during the operation of the software.
  • Emergency service – technical support at the emergency situation. Emergency service is available around the clock.

Installation of updates is carried out with the purpose of modernization, improvement of the consumer properties, the increasing of an accuracy of calculations, the introduction of additional functions that do not require significant processing of ONEPLAN software. We provide all accompanying technical documentation and advice on installing packages. The frequency of release of updates is at least twice a year.
